Therapy provides a supportive space for children and teens to express themselves, build emotional resilience, and work through challenges, while also equipping parents with tools to better understand their child and strengthen their relationship. I work collaboratively with families to address emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns, tailoring therapy to each child’s unique needs.

For Children and Teens:

Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with other methods (e.g., interpersonal, systems), I help children and adolescents build coping skills, improve communication, navigate big emotions, and develop confidence. With younger children—who often express themselves best through play—I incorporate play-based and creative techniques to help them process their experiences and learn skills in a developmentally appropriate way.

For Parents and Caregivers:

Parenting can be both deeply rewarding and incredibly challenging. I collaborate with parents to understand their child’s behavior and needs, offering practical strategies to strengthen connection, improve communication, and support emotional growth. Whether you’re navigating early childhood concerns, adolescence, or major life transitions, I’ll work with you to find what's most helpful for your family.

Therapy can help with:

  • Managing stress, anxiety, depression, and anger.

  • Improving emotional regulation, coping skills, and self-confidence.

  • Navigating family/peer relationships, and improving communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Adjusting to life changes (e.g., divorce, moves, loss).

  • Addressing challenges at school or home.

  • Healing from trauma.

  • And so much more!

I’m excited to begin this journey with you and look forward to the opportunity to work together—please don’t hesitate to reach out and take the first step toward positive change.
